I Stood Behind Lalu, Not Anymore Says Raghuvansh Prasad As He Quits RJD

Former Union Minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh has resigned from the RJD ahead of Bihar Assembly polls. Singh, who is admitted to Delhi AIIMS' ICU, wrote to RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, "After the demise of Jannayak Karpoori Thakur, I stood behind you for 32 years, but not anymore." Earlier, Singh had stepped down from his post of RJD's national vice-president.

Responding to this, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Thursday wrote to Raghuvansh Prasad Singh after he resigned from the party. "In the last four decades, we have discussed every political, social and even family matters together. Get well soon and we will talk. You are not going anywhere, understand this," Lalu wrote to Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, who's currently admitted at AIIMS Delhi.
