The incident occurred when police discovered his blue Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks, with a commuter train approaching just minutes away.

According to the arrest report, officers found Jordan’s vehicle immobilized due to its tires being buried in dirt and rocks. Upon approaching the car, they detected a strong smell of alcohol and observed that Jordan exhibited slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. It was revealed that he had fled from a traffic stop in a neighboring county shortly before getting stuck on the tracks.

Jordan reportedly claimed he had made a wrong turn and needed assistance to move his vehicle. However, he was uncooperative during the encounter with law enforcement. A search revealed a clear plastic bag containing a white powdery substance in his pocket, which later tested positive for cocaine. He also refused to provide breath samples at the police station.

Following his arrest at approximately 1:14 a.m., Marcus was booked into the Orange County Jail and released later that morning after posting a $4,000 bond. His charges include possession of cocaine—a second-degree misdemeanor—and resisting an officer without violence. This incident marks another legal issue for Jordan, who previously faced arrest in 2012 for disorderly conduct in Nebraska.
